Blue Mountain Wildlife will again be hosting the annual Earth Day Clean-Up for the Kerny and Tilden Township.

2013 Annual Membership Meeting And Banquet - Friday January 25, 2013

Blue Mountain Wildlife will hold its Annual Membership Meeting and Banquet at the C.J. Hummel's Restaurant in Lenhartsville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday January 25th. Come out and meet the people who are making things happen at the Kerny. This is the membership's meeting, so come out and tell us what we're doing right and where we can improve. The evening's festivities include the Year In Review, presentation of awards and the election of officers. The Dine & Dash Results Are In!

BMW Introduces the Dine and Dash Burgers and Trail Race - Saturday September 1, 2012 at the Taste of Hamburg-er Festival

Mixing the spirit of an active outdoor lifestyle with that of ground beef indulgence may sound impossible, but Blue Mountain Wildlife is giving it a try. Work up an appetite for Taste of Hamburg-er Festival by running the Dine & Dash. Start by downing a burger. Then run a mile. Then down another burger. Then finish it off with another mile run. What could be better!

The race starts at the west end of the Festival near 2nd and State Streets in Hamburg, where the first burger is served. Then head to the Etchberger Trail at the State Street Trailhead and run up the Etchberger Trail along the scenic Schuylkill River to its northern end. Enjoy the second burger and double back on the Etchberger Trail to the starting point.

There will be awards for Fastest Overall Male, Fastest Overall Female, fastest male and female in three categories, and Judge's Choice.

You can download an application below. Registration is limited to the first 50 applications received, so sign up now to ensure your seat at the table. Cost is $25 and that gets you two burgers, a special edition race T-shirt and bragging rights to the first Dine & Dash.

The Dine & Dash starts at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday September 1st. Traffic will be heavy for the Festival, so be sure to arrive early.
